When it comes to putting things off, how to tell if you have issues with procreation or if you're just "being lazy"? We often tend to interchange both terms as if they're equal. And when you think about it, it's not even that surprising. Procrastination is about wanting to do something but not bringing yourself to do it for various reasons. So we, and other people as well, tend to say to ourselves, "Oh, you're just lazy."
In today's episode, Anci talks about the main differences between procrastination and laziness, why do people often confuse both terms and she shares a few personal tips on how to beat procrastination (at least sometimes).
