#125 What to Expect Once You've Left The Narcissist For Good | Sarah Falciani
Play • 27 min
Going no contact with a narcissist is similar to stopping a drug addiction in order to leave a narcissist. Some empaths experience also trauma bonding or re-enter a toxic relationship. It'll be difficult, but you'll have your life back in the end, and you'll be able to seek aid from those who understand what you're going through. Allowing yourself to feel the pain and worry, as well as grieve your loss, will aid you in getting through the most difficult parts of the break. My next guest, Sarah Falciani aka "Boundary Queen" is a Relationship Coach and Business Mentor who specializes in helping Empaths, Highly Sensitive People, and self-identified "Givers" to raise their standards, set better boundaries, communicate their needs, manage their emotions, and unapologetically stand up for their desires in life, love, and business. She will talk about years of being in a mentally, emotionally, and financially abusive relationship with her narcissistic ex facilitated.   After leaving the relationship in 2018, Sarah dedicated her life to not only her own therapy, coaching, and healing through consistent personal development work, but she also went back to school to get her ICF certification as a professional coach and her Masters in Performance Psychology so that she could devote her career to helping others.
