Empaths are prone to burnout if they don't take time for themselves. This occurs when people devote so much of their emotional power to the difficulties and stresses of others that they neglect to care for themselves. I'll go through five methods you can start using right away to avoid burnout and resist the desire to overwork. When we're under pressure, we're frequently tempted to work longer hours in order to "stay on top of things." Unfortunately, this will lead to even bigger difficulties in life.
