Ken Hooks - AHI Too Low for Sleep Apnea Diagnosis...Now What?
Emma is joined by Ken Hooks, a Sleep Tech and owner of True Sleep Diagnostics. Together they discuss:

Jody Martin - Lofta Home Sleep Apnea Testing & Support vs Traditional Testing
Emma is joined by Jody Martin, a marine corps veteran and business owner who shares his personal experience of using Lofta home sleep apnea testing. Together they discuss:
* The symptoms Jody was experiencing from undiagnosed sleep apnea such as loud snoring and daytime sleepiness.
* Jody explains the process he went through to get his BiPAP - from his GP to a respiratory therapist to a sleep study to a DME company.

Emma Cooksey - My Vivos Palate Expansion Failed
Emma shares all about her recent failed palate expansion using "The Vivos Method".
In this episode, Emma discusses:
* the timeline of her palate expansion and descriptions of the DNA and mmRNA appliances she used.
* experiencing improvements in nasal breathing and facial pain and tension soon after beginning palate expansion.
* switching from a DNA appliance to an mmRNA appliance part-way through treatment.

Emma is joined by Gary Knight. Gary experienced a lot of the common symptoms of sleep apnea before his diagnosis in 2016, in particular he noticed overwhelming daytime sleepiness. 3 - Dr Joi Freemont - Oral Appliances, an Alternative to CPAP
Emma is joined by Dr Joi Freemont, a dentist who treats patients with sleep apnea in her practice but also suffers with sleep apnea herself. Joi describes the shock of her father's death from sleep apnea and how that experience opened her eyes to the condition. Whilst attending a professional training on oral appliances and taking a sleep study, Dr Freemont discovered that she also suffered with sleep apnea. Knowing that the CPAP would not be a good fit for her, Joi got an oral appliance and immediately felt better with increased energy.
