Episode 44: Three Hills and Emperor's Brewery Collab Brew Day In this episode, I join Andy from Three Hills and Damian from Emperor's in Bermondsey, South London, for a collaboration brew day. The resulting beer will be a big Imperial Stout called Rebel Fortress and will be available from 28th April 2022. After a morning of mashing in and then digging out the mash tun, plus sampling beers - and some Whisky and Wort! - we sat outside in the pleasant Spring weather and chatted about their breweries as well as about collaborations. I speak with Joe Ince and 3 of his colleagues at Manchester based brewery, Marble. Joe sent a lot of great beer in advance and we went through 5 of these beers during the podcast - some of them VERY strong! This led to a LOOOOONG conversation. Of course, I've edited it down to standard length, but have received a few messages asking me to post the whole thing. So in a couple of days time, I'll release a (virtually) unedited cut!
