Todays meditation was actually inspired by one of you! I will be guiding you to revitalize and energize your spine! If you have a slip disk, a painful back, you just had a spinal operation, even if you are paralyzed or simply want to rebalance your sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system, this meditation is for you!
In this meditation, the position is quite important. Comfort is key! And due to that, it is also best to do this meditation right before sleeping, because the chances of falling asleep are high. Don't worry! You subconscious will take care of guiding the energy where it needs to go when you sleep :)
