Are you stressed and need a quick way to release the tension in your body, mind and energy? Give this meditation a try! Let yourself go and dive into this experience without judgement - just let it flow and experience the power you carry in YOU to take back control. 

In this meditation I am using the Prithvi mudra. A mudra is a hand position which helps to redirect, increase or release energy. The Prithvi mudra is used, amongst other things, to make you feel more grounded, release stress in the body and reduce irrational thoughts.
