Today I invited a very special young lady, whom I believe will be as successful as Oprah Winfrey one day. Her poise and wisdom are beyond her years. She is an actress for the “All That” series, create and record her own songs and loves to write screenplays in her free time. In todays episode she talks about how she releases her emotions through writing and how she copes with feeling overwhelmed, by prioritising & meditation.

Aria’s Happiness Technique:

When you feel overwhelmed, try to pace yourself and give each task a priority. Then, you focus on one task at a time, setting aside everything else, working your way down the list
