10. Menstrual Pain Relief Meditation

Todays meditation is for all the ladies out there, that are suffering from lower abdomen pain during their menstruation. However, bare in mind, that the actual cause of these pains are what need to be treated in order to stop the vicious pain cycle. The root cause can stem from malnutrition or other physical blockages in your system but they can also stem from emotional, mental or even karmic/spiritual blockages. That being said, this meditation might therefore only help you with the pain you are currently experiencing.

Before getting started, the remedy that has always saved me from sever pains is yoga and the combination of a hot water bottle with a rub of essential oils on my belly.
