9. Step into a new YOU - Walking Meditation

Todays meditation is a walking meditation where you will use your physical body, your mind and your senses to move into a new version of YOU.

Use headphones for this meditation, so that your hands are free. You will however also be observing the sounds around you, so it would be best to keep one of your ears free from your headphones.

Put on your shoes or even better - walk barefoot along the beach, in your garden or wherever you feel comfortable, taking off your shoes for a while. Even if you are inside somewhere, you’re able to join this meditation but I would highly recommend you getting some fresh air and connecting with nature for some time. We will be walking very slowly at the beginning, so if you feel uncomfortable with people looking at you while you walk in slow motion, choose a place without potential observers. The best option however is to simply do it anyways and not worry about what others might be thinking.
