Today I welcome mentor, coach and author, Graham Nicholls, who has cured himself from depression, anxiety and stress without using pharmaceutical drugs.

The alternative path he took to heal himself has led him to create his own methods to help his patients cure themselves as well. He is now specialised in human behavioural patterns, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and strategic life coaching.
