Today we come to the last part of the "Decoding you emotions" sequence. The emotion we will be working on is "Anger", which is probably the most complex one of all. Why? Well, imagine an Iceberg. Around 10% are visible, while approximately 90% of it are hidden below the water surface. The phenomenon with anger is very similar. We might express our emotions through anger, because it leaves us feeling less vulnerable than revealing the emotions we burry beneath it, but most of the time, anger is only a mask we choose to wear. That, however, is not a healthy way to express yourself and leads to many misunderstandings that could be resolved if you would open up about what really is going on inside of you.
