In today's meditation you will receive a deep relaxation from within. However, do bare in mind, that if you are facing repeated negative stress throughout your days, you should consider making changes to your current lifestyle. Meditation is only one of many important adjustments that can help you regain your inner balance.

Today, we will be using the prithvi mudra, which is a grounding hand position to reconnect with the element of the earth. This helps you balance irrational thought, it helps you relax and regain your inner balance. This hand position is achieved by bringing the tip of your thumb and the tip of your ringfinger together, while the other fingers stay stretched out.
