This meditation will help you reduce your headaches, by using your breath, the power of visualisation and the Hawaiin H'oponopono technique.

In this meditation we are using the Mahasirsh mudra. A mudra is a hand position which helps to redirect, increase or release energy. The Mahasirsh mudra is used, amongst other things, to reduce headaches, relax stressed eyes and relieve you from stress and tension in your body and mind.
