Todays meditation will help you reduce the feeling of loneliness that might be creeping in once in a while. Especially during the Corona Lockdown this has been a challenge for many individuals. We are trying to protect the people we love by keeping our distance, while disregarding the importance of the human touch. Therefor this meditation is for all the magnificent beings out there whom are not being able to receive any visitors in the elderly homes or hospitals, whom are living by themselves and even the ones who are overcome by loneliness while being surrounded by people. We are a very social species in need of human contact, so these feelings are totally normal. We are however able to make ourselves feel complete, all by ourselves.
