Are you feeling low on energy? Use this meditation if you are a nature lover and in need of a recharge to get your day started!

In this meditation you will be using the Dhyana Mudra: Place your left hand in your lap, and place your right hand on top. The fingers of your right hand should therefore be placed on top of the palm of your left hand and the fingers of your left hand are laying below the palm of your right hand. Both tips of your thumbs should be touching. You can find an image of this mudra on my Instagram in the carousel post for this meditation.
