This meditation will help you let go of draining emotions you might feel towards someone else (or even yourself) and help you forgive more easily. Going into the feeling of love and other higher vibrational emotions, will help you regain control over your own feelings, instead of letting them be influenced by someone else.

Using a guided visualisation including nature and plants, and the powerful Hawaiin H'oponopono technique, you will come out of this meditation feeling more empowered and filled with love for yourself and the other person.
