Here we are, 2 days away from the Green Bay Packers taking on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for the right to play in the Super Bowl.  2 of the best quarterbacks in NFL history (Aaron Rodgers and Tom Brady) squaring off on the frozen tundra of Lambeau Field.  What more could you ask for!

The Green Bay Packer organization is a fascinating example of how to build community.  Packer fans everywhere feel like they're a part of the organization ... and they are!  Green Bay is the only organization I can think of that allows its fanbase to own shares of the team.  As a result of building this amazing community, Green Bay does not have to worry about selling tickets.  In fact, there are roughly 130,000 fans on the waiting list and season tickets have been sold out since 1960.  Imagine if that was your business.
