Tom Hinman and his wife Beth know good coffee! Inspired by his late father-in-law, Tom started roasting his own coffee on a cast iron skillet. His passion for coffee and interest in roasting grew his garage hobby into a retail business, Omage Coffee Roasters. He now roasts at the Starving Artist Brewery using a drum roaster and purchases high quality coffee beans to make his artisanal roasts.
