The "Leading By Example" series within Heel Talks asks leaders to share a personal story in their own leadership journey and connect it back to who they are today. The stories range from memories of childhood, to present day leadership encounters surrounding the pandemic. This episode features a new graduate student, a new team, meaningful work, but a big disconnect in communication styles.
