The cycle begins with your thoughts and how you manage them; these thoughts trigger your emotions, influencing your mindset. The emotions you feel align with your actions, and your actions align with your daily goals. This means that if negative thinking dominates your mind, you are likely to experience adverse outcomes throughout the day.
