Dr. Dyan Haspel is a highly accomplished and successful licensed psychologist, hypnotherapist, and trauma specialist. For over 25 years she has been creating self-hypnosis recordings for thousands of busy people to help them heal their bodies and minds so that they can sleep and reach their potential in their relationships, their work, and their physical and mental health. Before building her full private practice, she worked for 20 years in a holistic medical office using mind-body-spirit interventions. She also taught hypnosis for sleep, to treat pain, anxiety, depression, digestive and immune issues, and more, at UCLA, USC, and the Southern California Society for Clinical Hypnosis, where she served as President.
