In this episode, I invited Lou - Lunch Lady Lou - to share this conversation with me, as we both feel passionate about supporting people to choose healthy foods, to shop in a conscious and mindful way, to know how to cook simple and healthy foods at home, to feel less overwhelm and more empowered in ways we can keep ourselves and our families nourished and healthy.  As we are all feeling the heaviness and uncertainty of COVID-19 and the limited supplies available to us, during isolation and lock down, Lou and I talk about healthy shopping choices, planning meals in advance, being creative with recipes, taking the overwhelm away and enjoying the simplicity of healthy home cooked food.  I hope you will enjoy our nurturing and nourishing conversation, as it naturally flows - in the moment and unedited - and you feel comforted and uplifted by suggestions shared here, hopeful that you can cook and care for yourself and your family during this time.  We share with love x
