In this episode, I talk about self care and what I feel true self care really is.  I encourage you to expand your thoughts and beliefs around self care, and to really know this as far more than things we just put in our calendar or diary each day, or week.  Self care is how we are, in every moment of every day, and I hope that you may start embracing self care as your natural way of being.  Notice what shifts and changes for you in beautiful ways, when you know how to embrace self care as a way of being.  It's such a supportive way to be and to live, and brings so much calm and ease to all that we are and all that we do.  Listen in and enjoy x
