In this episode I talk about the ways we can support ourselves, and receive support, for our wellbeing.  Support is necessary, and there are many ways we can seek, find, and choose support.  I talk about receiving support from others, expressing and articulating our needs, knowing what true support means for us, as well as the difference between external support and external validation.  I also talk about the empowering ways we can support and trust in ourselves and how necessary this is, as part of being a well being.   I hope you enjoy listening in.
