Adelaide drummer Eli Green joins me this week in The Engine Room S2E20 to discuss his amazing career. Eli is the drummer for Life Pilot, the touring drummer for a band that first formed in the 80s, many years prior to Eli being born, he joined The Mark of Cain in 2013 and has been their touring drummer ever since. Eli has recorded and toured with many solo artists and works regularly as a professional session drummer and music educator. Eli shares many memorable gig stories from performances with 'Life Pilot' and as the touring drummer for 'The Mark of Cain'. He also shares a fabulous story about how his original band Life Pilot receiving triple j AirPlay and how that kicked off their popularity and led to the band winning the triple j Unearthed competition which won them the opening act spot at the SoundWave Music Festival in Adelaide.
