But thanks to our guest this week, instead of murdering cows (and our environment) to use their skin to make the material that we've all had some experience with, we can give unused fish waste a role to play in our world! This week Cambridge PhD fellow Susannah Evans talks about her journey of creating biotech company Hide; she gets into everything from being a participant in the start-up accelerator Entrepreneur First to her experiences with Imposter Syndrome!
