The Women of LSE Series - Nassia Matsa
Hosted by Alki Giavridis
Today’s episode is part of our ‘Women of LSE’ mini-series, a collaboration with the LSE SU Women in Business Society dedicated to the insights of women alumnae who are making waves in their respective fields 🦸♀️💥
This week we celebrate Nassia Matsa, a London-based journalist/model with published work in the Financial Times, WIRED, Vanity Fair, Vogue, and many other high-profile publications👔👠.
When she’s not writing about culture, tech, and fashion, Nassia works as a hugely successful model. She’s been featured in Vogue, worked for Christian Louboutin and even became a video game avatar for Balenciaga !✨
She shares with us the secret to unlimited confidence (just pretend you’re a mediocre white man), and teaches us how to curate a unique way of working, if we’re not sold on the “British Dream” of nine-to-five jobs and endless mortgage payments. We also dive into her international career as a model, which is not always as effortlessly glamorous as it seems...
We are certain that you will be just as inspired by Nassia’s journey as we were ! 🎧💥
Special thanks to Rho Mezon and Konrad Dabrowski for sharing their music.
