You have just accepted a promotion, started a new job or business, or perhaps there is very little representation of your ethnicity or gender at the level you’re on.
You look around you and the successes you have rightly earned feel like a fluke. Or a mistake. Or simply a “miracle”. You think, surely there are people more intelligent and deserving than you. So you find yourself constantly battling self-doubt and insecurity, with a nagging fear that your inadequacies will soon be discovered and you will be exposed as a fraud.
