Loneliness can be so powerful that it can drive people to binge eat alone then be left with guilt and shame after that binge alone. Remember that anyone can struggle with loneliness, you don’t have to be alone to struggle with loneliness – You may have so many people around you but still feel alone.

 In this episode, I will talk about how to reduce your cravings to binge even if you live alone and to start to trust yourself around food.
