How to boost your confidence?
When we are young, healthy, and surrounded by supportive people, our confidence is very high, but when life happens to us, which it always does, we start to doubt ourselves.
We must develop a new skill called Self-Talk to boost our confidence when we are down, alone, and uncertain of the future.
