If I could say one thing to the whole world, it would be: it is okay to feel your feelings! It is safe to meet yourself and hold yourself in your emotional waves!

Having said that, I know that it is NOT EASY. Most of us were not lucky enough to learn how to navigate emotions from our parents and other significant others when we were children. So now, to mature and grow up, we need to learn how to swim in the waters of feelings. How to navigate these waters. What to do when a wave of emotions takes us.

In this episode I am sharing some of my ways to feel my feelings, as well as stories of my lomi lomi Clients.
