Reiki, the Spiritual Gateway

Downloads are receiving information from your higher SELF, which has far more access to far more information than our conscious minds are aware. When we receive downloads from our higher SELF, we are receiving information that helps us to do something, to choose, to change, to unlearn something else - in other words a perspective change, to tune into a course correction for a step we are about to take on the path - perhaps a slight detour to learn another facet of ourselves or to pursue an aligned course of action.

Balance of the Self
Balance - people talk about it all the time. Work/life balance, homeostatic balance, balanced diet, hormonal balance. Balance is figuring out what your even keel is in many ways to include how you feel, think, act, and function that is optimal to you. A balanced view of yourself and your life is hard to figure out because it means really taking a very frank look at yourself and all that you do. Balance also changes with life (hello motherhood, menopause, moving, work projects, time changes, seasonal changes). These changes challenge us every time in ways big or small to adapt, to understand ourselves differently, and to adjust not only our actions, but so many other things, too.

Conscious Connection
Each person is a spiritual journey - learning new things and connecting that learning to the self to support growth, new perspectives, and deeper understanding is the journey. Becoming conscious of ourselves in many different ways to the truth of who we are, below all the limiting beliefs brings a wealth of experience from which we as both individuals and collectively learn, change, and evolve.
My own journey into self-fulfillment, purpose, and connection occurred through tuning into my consciousness at many levels and through cycles of healing into freedom. It led me to self - expression, which has been a huge contributor to my life: contentment, peace, and joy.
