Today I’m chatting with Sara Brigz of Let That Shit Go, all about decluttering for your mental health! We cover tips for decluttering, how to get rid of things sustainably, ways to discover your values and motivators, and how a tidy room can be a tidy mind. I know for me that the space around me if very often a reflection of how busy, tired, stressed, relaxed or anxious my brain is at any given time, and I can often feel better about my situation by tidying up all the kids toys or laundry or doing the dishes. Well not the dishes, I don’t really do those.. Sara has such great tips today, and it was so lovely to chat with her again.
