008 - 20 Minutes to Wash Away the Work Day with an Intuitive Meditation
Between the flashing fluorescent lights, zoom calls, putting on a friendly face for customers, or being on our feet for 8 hours, we all give away our energy at work.
If we are not careful, then we will carry the drained feeling of the workday into our homes and pass them onto our friends, family, and loved ones.
With just a little slow-breathing, visualization, and intention we can wash away the “drip” of the day - as the Buddhists call it - which causes our shoulders to tighten and leaves our jaw clenched.
In this episode, I guide you on a short, intuitive meditation to cleanse your energy, and mine, of the day’s work. Use this meditation to ease into your home and resting state deeper and be more present in your non-work life.
