We talk through how good financial habits while he was in the marines allowed him to purchase an 18 unit apartment building while still on active duty. Since then, he's purchased a plumbing company and recently an HVAC company. Rich shares his learnings around how military members can get into the SMB space and how to stand out. We discuss how he thinks about building an effective team what strategies he's using to manage businesses in multiple states.
