Despite delays caused by the coronavirus pandemic, a 24-hour daycare still plans to open on the city’s northwest side. In October 2019, the city’s Plan Commission and Architectural Review Board approved plans for a non-profit organization’s proposal to operate a daycare at the southeast corner of North 29th Street and Superior Avenue.
