Things to help with SAD:

  • sun lamp / light therapy lamp (range between $40-$150) (couldn't find the exact one that I use but this is the same company
  • vitamin D supplements
  • commit to 1 outdoor activity per day
  • let in natural light (keep your blinds open!)
