Kate Strong, in this podcast, explains how mastering your mindset is done to achieve her goals. The first thing is to make sure you have a group of people who keep you accountable to do the things that you need to do. The next thing is that when you’re feeling pain and are doubting yourself, break it down into smaller chunks until you feel able to finish it. Once you find your purpose and why you’re doing the things that are hard for you, the next step is to reconnect with that master your master and find motivation.
