In this episode, Henna and Ozan welcome Meera Ishaya. Graphic Designer turned Ishaya monk, Meera is the author of ‘Peace or Pain’ and ‘Surrender is good for the Soul’. As a practising monk, Meera teaches people how to meditate effectively and experience peace. Her specialty is helping others go beyond mental, emotional, physical pain and suffering. Meera lives with her family near London in the UK.
