“And I'm hopeful that, again, when we emerge in 2022 from our strategic planning […] we may find some ways to create metrics that will tell us if we're being successful in supporting true equity in various places and doing it relative to those communities needs, I think is really important. […] as the nation's leading arts funder, I think we're put in a position to where we have to kind of learn as we go along and accelerate the process because of the demand.”
