Steps involved in positive reframing are:
1. Identify a negative situation you want to reframe.
2. Look for positive things, no matter how small, that came of that situation.
3. Reflect on those positive things repetitively.
4. Practice positive self talk (without becoming a narcissist)
5. Share your reframed perspective with a person you trust.
