Are there things we're holding onto that aren't really serving us? Perhaps it's something that once was good and healthy but it no longer is.
Perhaps we need to allow ourselves to move on from a job, a relationship or let go of an old habit. Maybe we need some work on letting go of trying to be in control, or letting go of fear–even just a tiny bit. And what are some strategies for actually learning how to let go of things rather than hold on.
It can be so beautiful and freeing to simply let things go, to let them be.
Like the trees in the fall releasing their leaves and allowing them become compost for next year's growing season, we can also release what is no longer serving us and allow those things we let go of become the rich wisdom and experiences from which we can launch our next venture or idea.
