Karin Karlsson has been on the OCR scene for a long time, steadily rising up through the ranks until a stellar year in 2019. After cinching first place at OCRWC 2019, this Swedish superstar decided to up sticks to Switzerland, and also became a mother.

I caught up with her to find out how her life has changed, training post-partum, and her hopes for the future in obstacle course racing.
