My name is Versha Patel. I transform lives, working with Career Women 40+ to get their health and quality of life back in balance, give themselves more energy and gift themselves with prioritising themselves and ending self-sacrifice and trade-offs in their life. I am a women's movement and nutrition specialist coaching behaviour change to transform energy levels, body and health. Empowering women to create lasting changes in health, body, and let go of disempowering eating habits and access their inner power. Accelerating their energy levels, to feel healthier and 10 years younger. Changing nutrition and movement to feed the mind, hormones, and body. Overcoming the internal struggles, getting comfortable feeling uncomfortable and learn to know and love themselves to take advantage of evidence-based neuroplasticity change in the brain means anything is possible. Supporting women to step out of the shadows that live within them, and step into their power, giving them even more, to give to those around them. And to live a happy healthy life in a body they love and deserve.
