If your customers are happy they will buy more from you, they will leave you positive reviews, and they’ll recommend your products to their friends and family.
There’s a lot that goes into delivering a great experience to your customers but the main concern for new store owners who are dropshipping is “are the products I’m selling high-quality and will my customers like what they receive?”
Many new store owners will actually go out of their way to even order “test” products from their suppliers… but is that even necessary?
