He has been with Canara HSBC Life Insurance company for 9 years now where he is currently responsible for leading the company's Digital Business Unit and also oversees the Strategy function focusing on development of future growth plans for the enterprise. He has significant experience across product development, proposition design, product portfolio management, customer analytics, market assessment, performance improvement, partnership development and digital business review. He joined Canara HSBC Life Insurance from Bharti AXA Life Insurance where he was a founder member and head of products and customer management, and has previously worked with reputed management consulting firms Arthur Andersen and Stern Stewart, leading clients engagements in India and Asia-Pacific. Besides, Rishi holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Calcutta and a B.Tech. from IIT Delhi.
