There is more than enough research that shows our bodies are synced with a Solar cycle. From when we get up to when we go to sleep, and even during our sleep - functions in our body are following the Circadian Rhythm. Every cell in our body actually has its own Circadian Clock. Today we are going through what happens at different times of the day and why it is so important to follow it. Nature has its own terms and the best thing we can do for our health is to sync with it.
