  1. Go to sleep at a decent hour.
  2. Don’t eat at least 3 hours before bedtime – heavy foods, sugars, alcohol can keep you up.
  3. Update your to-do list.
    1. List everything on your mind so you don’t have to remember it.
  4. Darken your room.
  5. Remove as many electronics as possible.
  6. Focus on only one thing.
    1. Breathing .
    2. Counting Sheep – Only from high to low.
