It is estimated approximately six million Americans are adoptees according to genealogy expert Kimberly Powell, around 2% of the population. Also, if siblings, biological, and adoptive parents are included, one in every eight Americans are touched by adoption. This is the time of year when we turn our thoughts to friends and family. This is particularly true of adoptees or birth parents. Have you or a family member placed a child for adoption and you want to reconnect with that child? Are you adopted and want to find your birth parents? Tune in to hear Tamara Thompson, both an adoption expert and private investigator, address the details surrounding adoption investigations.
